Mr. Narayan Ramachandran is an investor, entrepreneur, and financial services leader with a strong focus on social businesses and inclusive growth. He is the Chairman and General Partner of Kludein Inc., a special-purpose investment company that invests in technology companies, and Co-Chairman of Unitus Capital, India’s leading social enterprise investment bank. He is a founding member of RBL Bank and previously served as its Chairman.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Ramachandran was the Country Head of Morgan Stanley in India, leading all of the firm’s businesses in the country. Prior to this, he headed Morgan Stanley’s Global Emerging Markets and Global Asset Allocation teams, managing over USD 25 billion in assets from New York and Singapore, and began his career at Goldman Sachs. He is also a Co-Founder and Fellow of the Takshashila Institution, where he teaches and engages in public policy advocacy. Mr. Ramachandran joined the Centre for Wildlife Studies Board as President in 2026.
